Secretary of the Security Council under the Armenian President, Defense Minister Serge Sargsian will deliver a course of lectures at Harvard University April 30-May 5. «Arminfo» agency reports the Black Sea region security research Center invited the Minister to Harvard. Besides the lectures Serge Sargsian together with the Defense Ministers of Georgia and Moldova will participate in disputes, devoted to regional military-strategic questions. May 3 Serge Sargsian intends to meet with the representatives of the Armenian community of Boston within the framework of the visit.
