Bursa governor banned flag of Azerbaijan
Bursa is ready to accept the Armenian president Serzh Sargsyan, Şahabettin Harput, governor of the province of Bursa said.
"Police forces are on high alert. We have forbidden to carry flags of Azerbaijan to the Armenia-Turkey match in order to avoid provocations of the fans. I am sure that Bursa will meet the president of Armenia at the highest level," Şahabettin Harput stressed, internethaber.com reports.
Football Match of the 2010 World Cup qualifying round between national teams of Armenia Turkey will take place October 14 at Bursa Atatürk stadium. Turkish President Abdullah Gul officially invited Serzh Sargsyan to the match. The invitation was accepted by the Armenian president.
