Turkey unlikely to ratify protocols till April 24, 2010
Turkish parliament is unlikely to ratify protocols on normalization of relations with Armenia till April 24, 2010, according to Kiro Manoyan, ARF Dashnaktsutyun Bureau's Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Director.
"If Armenia and Azerbaijan do not sign an agreement on Karabakh before the next anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, Turkey will hardly ratify the protocols," he said, adding that ARFD will spare no effort to prevent ratification.
