Armenbrok interested in placing six companies' shares to be privatized through the stock exchange
There is already a program to realize IPO of six companies, which will be privatized through the NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, Aram Kayfajyan , CEO of "Armenbrok" investment consulting and brokerage company told journalists in Yerevan. According to him, the government of Armenia and other trusts are actively involved in this process.
