"Armentel" company, the telecommunication monopolist of Armenia, will recommence the provision of new phone numbers for the subscribers of cellular connection. According to "Arminfo", the provision of new SIM-cards was stopped in the fall last year because of the works for the expansion of GSM cellular network. There are about 24 thousands cellular connection customers in Armenia.
