The incumbent Armenian authorities have spoiled relations with Georgia, according to Levon Zurabyan, representative of the Armenian National Congress.

“No single agreement was achieved during the RA Prime Minister’s visit to Georgia. The problems of Javakheti Armenians still persist,” he said.
