On February 16 NKR Parliament Speaker Ashot Ghulyan accompanied by MPs visited the Memorial of Stepanakert and laid flowers at the monument of the first Chairman of NKR Supreme Council Artur Mkrtchyan in connection with his birthday.

The event was attended by representatives of republic's acting leadership, friends and relatives of Artur Mkrtchyan, as well as representatives of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun in Artsakh, press office of NKR NA reported.
