Edward Nalbandian attending EPP informal meeting


Armenian Foreign Minister <b>Edward Nalbandian</b> is in Rome to attend an informal meeting of the European People's Party (EPP) which brought together Deputy Prime Ministers and Foreign Ministers of a number of European countries.

The officials are expected to discuss cooperation within Europe and implementation of Eastern Partnership initiative, RA MFA press office reported.

The <b>European People's Party</b> (EPP) is a center-right European political party. Founded in 1976, the EPP has 74 member-parties from 39 countries, 19 Heads of Government (13 EU and 6 non-EU), 13 European Commissioners (including the President). It’s the largest Group in the European Parliament with 265 members.
