Businessman and public figure John Jamian, who was recently appointed Armenian Assembly of America Executive Director, today met with Congressional Caucus on Armenian Issues Co-Chairs Congressmen Joe Knollenberg (R-MI) and Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ). The participants discussed the situation emerged after Congress passing the bill on the opportunity to waive Section 907 of the Freedom Support Act. The interlocutors also concerned questions of U.S. military assistance to Armenia, along with the mechanisms of monitoring the volume and character of U.S. assistance to Azerbaijan.
