BRITISH PARLIAMENT EXPRESS ITS WORRY REGARDING REPRESSION OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH IN AZERBAIJAN
In the information spread by the British Embassy in Azerbaijan is stated that the British Parliament is worried with the repression of the freedom of speech in Azerbaijan and intends to dedicate special hearings to this topic. «The freedom of speech is a criterion according to which other countries, the OSCE and The European Council will have opinions about Azerbaijan. Any steps made by Azerbaijan to restrict the opportunity of its people to get to know the palette of opinions, will have negative consequences», is stated in the document.
