INTRODUCTION OF COMMON CIS CURRENCY BECOMES TOPICAL
Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Kasimzhomart Tokayev stated at a press conference on the results of the meeting of the heads of CIS countries' governments held in Moscow that he did not rule out the possibility of introducing common currency in CIS countries. In his words, such a prospect is quite realistic taking into account the present integration trends in the world. Tokayev said the question of transition to a new currency had not been discussed at the latest meeting of the heads of the governments.
