The representatives of «Inter Contact» Ukrainian firm visited Armenian chemical giant «Nairit» close corporation in order to have negotiations regarding the acquisition of 51% of the shares of this factory. «Arminfo» agency correspondent has been informed about this. The company has to introduce a business plan on the development of «Nairit» to the government in the middle of November and only after its approval the contract has to be signed.
