On April 14, Speaker of the NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan and a group of parliamentarians laid a wreath at the tomb of Arthur Mkrtchyan, the first Chairman of the NKR Supreme Council.

Representatives of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun Central Committee of Artsakh, friends and comrades of Arthur Mkrtchyan participated in the ceremony, the NKR NA press service reported.
