The delegation of "United Communist Party of Azerbaijan" visited Moscow on the invitation of the leader of "Lenin-Stalin Communist Party of the Soviet Union" Victor Anpilov. Baku communists have had a number of meetings with the Russian comrades in arms. They have also met with Chairman of the subcommittee on security of Russian State Duma Viktor Ilyukhin, who is member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. As reported by Azeri mass media, Ilyukhin stated he intended to raise the question of "delivery of arms to bourgeoisie Armenia by Yeltsin regime."
