Georgian authorities use Adzhars to “dilute” regions populated by Armenians

Resettlement of the victims of natural calamity in Adzharia to eastern Georgia is in progress. 14 families, who suffered from landslides, were provided with housing in the village of Gorelovka, Samtskhe–Javakheti.

50 resettled families are currently residing in Gorelovka, with Georgian Ministry Refugees and Accommodation responsible for housing provision, RA National Neoconservative Movement stated.

“Georgian authorities are planning to kill two birds with one stone. Through what seems to be a humanitarian program, they use Adzhars to “dilute” regions populated by Armenians, also, “clearing” Adzharia of ethnic Adzharians,” the Movement said.
