Shift in power balance may result in resumption of hostilities in Karabakh, an Armenian expert said.

“If the balance is violated, there can be war,” Yervand Bozoyan told a press conference on June 29. “Peace is currently maintained thanks to the armed forces of Armenia and Artsakh.”

He also noted that there are sober politicians in Azerbaijan who assess resumption of hostilities as defeat.
