Azerbaijan alienates from diplomatic way of conflict settlement, according to Richard Giragosian, director of the Armenian Center for National and International Studies (ACNIS).
“The Chaylu incident was an attempt to tense the regional atmosphere on the threshold of Hillary Clinton’s visit. Baku is irritated with U.S. and Turkey,” Giragosian told a news conference in Yerevan on July 6.
As to use of force in the Karabakh conflict zone, he said, “There is no military solution to frozen conflicts. War will never bring fame to Azerbaijan.”
