During a visit to Yerevan, Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski laid a wreath to the Armenian Genocide Memorial and planted a tree at the Memory Alley.

The Polish Sejm unanimously adopted a resolution recognizing the Armenian Genocide in April 2005.
