Russian President’s visit to Armenia opens a new page in Armenian-Russian relations, according to the head of Rossotrudnichestvo federal agency representation, Victor Krivopuskov.

“An important state document, determining the perspectives of Russian-Armenian relations as allies and strategic partners, was signed today,” he told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

“The opening Hill of Honor in Gyumri testifies to lasting friendship and adherence to tradition between Russian and Armenian nations,” he noted.
