Armenia never had such advantageous conditions regarding Karabakh question as it is now. As "Arka" agency informs that was stated by foreign minister of Armenia Vartan Oskanyan. According to him, "it became possible due to the country leadership policy conducted for last 2-3 years. But he also pointed out that positive achievements are never really presented. "But last polls show that Armenia's population appreciates the activity of Ministry of foreign affairs and do not take into consideration those people who try to disparage the achievements of the government", said Vartan Oskanyan.
