The executive director of the company "ArmenTel", which is the monopolist in telecommunication sphere in Armenia, has agreed on delay of per minute payment establishment of phone bills. Company's head Nicos Georgulas has informed about that minister of transport and communication Andranik Manukyan. As "Arka" agency informs, Georgulas has suggested to enter into negotiations with the minister of transport of Greece and the leadership of Greek company OTE, owning 9% of "ArmenTel" shares for the final decision of that question. It should be reminded that the per minute payment establishment was planned August 1, 2001.
