On October 18, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan took part in an event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Relief Society (ARS) organized at the Stepanakert Youth Palace.

President Sahakyan handed in state awards to the members of the central and Artsakh regional boards of the ARS, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President.
