. Ambassador of USA to Azerbaijan Ross Wilson has declared that participation of the representatives of Iran in the negotiations on the Karabakh problem settlement is "urgent". The Ambassador has expressed hope that the Karabakh crisis will be settled before the end of the year. This information was given by Iranian "IRNA" agency with reference to a newspaper being published in Baku. The article says that the American Co-Chairman of the OSCE Minsk group Kerry Kovano was confident that the participation of Iran in the negotiations would promote the peaceful resolution of the Karabakh conflict. The diplomat has noted that cool relations between Iran and USA will not tell on the negotiation process.
