On November 14, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met with President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan to discuss political and economic cooperation between the two Armenian states.

The Presidents referred to the outcomes of military exercise of the NKR Defense Army, which stands firm to maintain military and political balance in the region, reported the central information department of the office of the Artsakh Republic President.
