Armenia’s Aghvan Melikyan (94kg) has won bronze at the European U23 Championships, lifting 171kg in the snatch and 205kg in the clean & jerk.

Norayr Vardanyan of the same weight category fixed the total of 361kg, finishing 5th. Arthur Hakobyan (105kg) was 7th.

Hayk Hakobyan will perform on November 27.
