. Administration of Rostov region of the RF suggests to the leadership of Armenia a peculiar way of liquidating the accumulated debts. The topic of discussion is the opportunity for the Government of the Republic to pass one of the hydro powers of Vorotan coordinated hydroelectric system to "Prometheus" Armenian company, which in its turn will do a number of unpaid works in the territory of Rostov region of the RF. According to the information received from "Mediamax" agency, at the meeting with RF President Putin the Governor of the region Vladimir Chub stated, that the region would compensate the 40-million debt of Armenia to the Federal Budget, if "Prometheus" secured the execution of gasification works in the region for the same sum. The Press Department of the President of Russia informs, that Vladimir Putin has approved the initiative of the Governor and has charged the Government to consider this item.
