Revision of the Electoral Code is extremely important for Armenia, Heritage party spokesman said.

“If the Code is not amended, clashes will be inevitable,” Hovsep Khurshudyan told a news conference on January 19.

He reminded that the coalition doesn’t engage the parliamentary opposition in the process of electoral system reorganization , that is why Heritage and ARF Dashnaktsutyun presented their projects separately.

“If the authorities introduce the essential amendments, the forthcoming parliamentary elections will be peaceful,” Khurshudyan noted.
