Mobile Telesystems (MTS) plans to boost investments in 2011, pinning hopes on the 3G network.

“The company intends to gain additional growth due to data centers’ services,” MTS CEO Mikhail Shamolin told Russia Today.

MTS is the largest cellular operator in Russia and CIS, whose subscriber base numbers 103,35 million people as of end of 2010.
