Artsakh’s IT Development Center has developed a project on organization of TV spacebridges throughout the republic.

According to Artsakh Today, the project envisages organization of TV spacebridges using mobile computer center and special equipment.

The project aims to facilitate solution of strategic issues in Artsakh regions, allowing to establish direct contacts with the Diaspora.

The project envisages organization of informal distance learning for Artsakh youth.
