Leader of opposition Heritage party Raffi Hovannisian joined the rally of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) currently held in Yerevan.

One of opposition leaders Aram Sargsyan urged the authorities to release participants of the March events.

Leader of the People’s Party of Armenia Stepan Demirchyan noted for his part that it would have been possible to avoid the March 1-2, 2008, events, if it were not for the falsified elections by the authorities in 2004.
