Worldwide known French singer and public figure Charles Aznavour is arriving in Yerevan today. Let us note he is coming here from Ukraine, where he participated in solemn consecration of an Armenian church in Lvov. The day before Ukrainian president Leonid Kuchma received the famous artist. As reported by Ukrainian sources, Leonid Kuchma called Aznavour's mission in Lvov very noble and exemplary. "A man, who was not born in Armenia but who is ready to be with his fatherland in a minute of difficulty, is an example of inspired and unselfish service to his people," - the Ukrainian president said.
