11 sportsmen will represent Armenia at European Weightlifting Championship due April 8-17 in Kazan.

The 24th European Women’s Championship will host Armenian weightlifters Elen Grigoryan (53kg) and Meline Daliuzyan (75kg).

At the 90th European Championship, the men’s team, complete with 11 sportsmen, will be represented in 7 weigh categories.

At European Championship, the chief coach of the men’s team Poghos Poghosyan will be assisted by the Olympic Champion Ogsen Mirzoyan, Armenian National Olympic Committee official website reported.
