Meetings in Russia, 13th international theater festival in St. Petersburg will host Yerevan’s Stanislavski Russian Dramatic Theater, the art director of the theater stated.
As Alexander Grigoryan told a news conference in Yerevan, on April 29, the theater will stage Classmates performance, which draws on a play by Yuri Polyakov who’ll be present in person at St. Petersburg premiere.
Meetings in Russia, St. Petersburg-hosted international theater festival was launched in 1998. Through its history, the festival featured almost every Russian-language theater from former USSR.
