Ex defense minister of Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR) Samvel Babayan is deprived of the title of "The hero of Artsakh" (Nagorno Karabakh) and "Golden eagle" order, Judge Suren Alexanian, who presided over the trial of the 22 March 2000 terrorist act against NKR President, told Mediamax.
Ex defense minister of NKR Samvel Babayan was sentenced on Monday to 14 years of imprisonment for organization of the terrorist act against NKR President. Babayan is also deprived of the military rank of Lieutenant General. --0--
