Speaker of the Nagorno Karabakh National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan said the republic’s parliament has certain reservations with respect to the Madrid Principles for the Karabakh conflict settlement.

He recalled that political forces of the NKR parliament adopted a statement earlier, presenting the provisions, with which Artsakh does not agree.

“These offers keep changing, and it is difficult to describe their current state; but our reservations remain in force,” Ghulyan told journalists in Yerevan.
