Involving Artsakh in talks will be Armenia’s next step in the negotiation process for resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, an aide to Armenian President said.
As Garnik Isagulyan told a news conference in Yerevan, Armenia’s concessions found no constructive response from Azerbaijan. “Without NKR involvement in talks, all of the meetings, negotiations and visits carry a purely advisory nature. Negotiations can’t be complete without participation of Artsakh,” Isagulyan he said.
