FOREIGN FORCES CAN NOT DICTATE THEIR VERSIONS OF KARABAKH CONFLICT SETTLEMENT, REPRESENTATIVE FROM PENTAGON SAID IN YEREVAN
16.11.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. Any foreign force can not dictate its version of the Karabakh conflict solution, the deputy Chairman of the United Committee of the US Heads of Staffs General Richard Mayers said during his meeting with the Armenian President Robert Kocharian.
Mediamax was informed from the presidential press office that the General stressed that the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs have to contribute to the continuation of the direct dialog between the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Robert Kocharian stressed that the peaceful development of the process brings to the strengthening of peace in the region and decrease the possibility of resumption of military actions. --0--
