Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan addressed his condolences to his Norwegian counterpart Jens Stoltenberg and the country's government on tragic events in Oslo and the island of Utoya.

In his message, Armenian Prime Minister strictly condemned intolerance and terrorism, commiserating Norwegian people over the many innocent victims killed in the attack.
