According to earlier reports, German tourist Stefan Slabek, born 1981, got lost when hiking a mountain near Hankavan resort in Kotayk province of Armenia on September 7 evening. A rescue group was dispatched to the ground.

In the morning of September 8, rescuers found the missing tourist in the mountains, 4 kilometers from Hankavan and Aparan settlements.
