ROBERT KOCHARIAN: REAL BASIS FOR ECONOMIC GROWTH IS FORMED IN ARMENIA

Armenia is quite a different state, as compared with the one of 5-6 years ago, declared the President of Armenia Robert Kocharian in the interview to Russian "Ivzestiya" paper, which was published today.
"Power has been really distributed in present Armenia, free democratic society has been formed. Private sector makes up 75-80% of GDP today. Independent financial, banking systems are really working, local self-governing system and independent legal authority have been formed. And the important is that basis for real economic growth has been created", said the Armenian President. -0-
