Ter-Petrossian to address protesters in the evening

Armenian National Congress (ANC) activist, Haykakan Zhamanak daily editor-in-chief Nikol Pashinyan explained the small number of people in Liberty Square by the fact that opposition supporters expected the rally to start at 6.30pm.

That is why, according to him, the ANC decided that its leader, Levon Ter-Petrossian, will address the demonstrators in the evening.

Presently, there are about 2000 people in Liberty Square, a PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent reported from the ground.

It’s noteworthy that all cafes in the square vicinity are closed.
