The third Sunday of October will henceforth be marked in Armenia as agricultural worker’s day.

“For the first time Armenia will celebrate a day of agricultural worker,” Agriculture Minister Sergo Karapetyan told a news conference in Yerevan. “This year it will be October 16, what is symbolic, as it’s the world food day as well,” he said.
