According to a decree signed by President Serzh Sargsyan, Armenian ambassador to Austria Arman Kirakossian will also serve as the country’s permanent representative to the UN and other international organizations (residence in Vienna).

Earlier, Kirakossian occupied the post of Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister.
