From October 2011 to mid-January 2012, VivaCell-MTS will be implementing network development, upgrade and expansion works for the purpose of increasing the network capacity and improving the quality of services

The upgrade works will be carried out mainly during non-busy hours, nevertheless some short-term problems may occur while making calls or using some services.
