AZERI PRIME MINISTER UNEXPECTEDLY LEFT FOR WASHINGTON LAST NIGHT
Azeri prime minister Artur Rasizade unexpectedly left for Washington last night. As reported by AP, the aim of the Azeri government's head's visit is not known yet. Let us remind that 79-year-old Azeri president Heydar Aliyev's state of health abruptly worsened April 21. Let us note that in compliance with the Constitution of Azerbaijan, in case the head of the state is incapable, the prime minister assumes his responsibilities until holding new presidential election.
