Ireland will involve “goodwill mission” to help solve Karabakh issue

The future OSCE chairperson-in-office, Ireland’s Foreign Minister hopes for the involvement of “goodwill mission” to promote Karabakh settlement talks.

As Eamon Gilmore told a news conference organized on the sidelines of OSCE Ministerial Council meeting, during OSCE chairmanship, Ireland will use experience in solution of Northern Ireland conflict in Karabakh issue settlement. “Karabakh conflict has national roots, and we’ll be using that knowledge to achieve progress in conflict settlement,” a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter in Vilnius quoted him as saying.

Ireland will assume OSCE chairmanship in January 2012.
