On December 7, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met with first deputy head of Armenian Armed forces General Staff, lieutenant-general Enrico Apryamov and deputy head of the General Staff, major-general Stephan Galstyan.

Discussion of issues regarding military construction were on the meeting agenda, with NKR Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan participating, Central Information Department at Artsakh President’s office reported.
