The meeting of the Armenian and Turkish FMs that took place in Brussels December 5 "considerably differed from the two previous ones", RA foreign minister Vardan Oskanian stated when commenting to Mediamax agency on the outcomes of his meeting with Abdullah Gul. "We came close to make the first step", - the Armenian minister noted. "Despite the fact that it is still early to make any certain statements, I should say that the meeting has become a significant stage and I adhere to the opinion that within the near months we will fix the first small positive return on the Armenian-Turkish border issue", - he said.
