It is regrettable that U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton negatively responded about Azerbaijan on International Human Rights Day, Azerbaijani MP Mubariz Qurbanlı said.

In her speech on Human Rights Day, December 10, Hillary Clinton brought Azerbaijan as one of the worst examples.

According to Qurbanlı, U.S. makes use of human rights and democracy issues as a repression tool against Azerbaijan, Trend reported.
