The 3rd congress of Western Armenians that brought together heirs of genocide survivors from Russia, Armenia, Argentina, U.S., Canada, Egypt, Lebanon, Austria, Switzerland, France and Germany took place in Paris.

The participants discussed a number of issues of concern, including their right to compensation. They also adopted the charter and action plan for 2012-2013.
